Our Team

How we are organised

Meta Mint is a single in-house team working from Agartala, Tripura. We do not subcontract delivery: the people who scope a project are the people who build it, and the people who build it are the people who answer the phone after it goes live. For a client in the Northeast that is the practical difference between a vendor and a partner — there is someone to call, in the same time zone, who already knows the system.

The disciplines

• Engineering. Backend and frontend developers who build and maintain our software products — the hospital management system, the laboratory information system and the ERP platform — alongside custom software built to a client's own workflow.
• Design and web. Interface designers and web developers responsible for websites and mobile applications, and for the brand and identity work that sits alongside them.
• Digital marketing. The team behind our SEO and digital marketing engagements, who also keep our own site and content in order.
• Infrastructure and support. The people who handle cloud, server and IT work, deployments, and day-to-day support once a system is live.

How a project moves

Work starts with a requirements conversation rather than a quotation. Someone from engineering sits in on it, because the questions that change an estimate — how many locations, which reports are statutory, what has to keep working offline — are engineering questions. From there the project moves through build, review with the client, deployment, staff training, and into support. The same team stays with it throughout.
