Pharmaceuticals and healthcare at scale. A specialist capability, built and supported from a distance.
Hyderabad's economy leans heavily on pharmaceuticals, life sciences and healthcare, and on the IT services industry that grew up beside them. For an outside software vendor that means two kinds of conversation. Hospitals, diagnostic chains and pharmacy businesses need systems that hold up under volume — sample tracking, analyser interfaces, batch and expiry control, reports that reconcile across branches. Companies in the technology sector more often need a specific build delivered to a spec, such as an internal tool or a customer-facing portal.
Our laboratory information system and pharmacy software are the strongest fit for the first group, and the cloud and custom development services for the second. In both cases the work is scoped in writing, built in stages with demonstrations, and deployed on Indian-region cloud infrastructure with encryption and audit trails.
Meta Mint has no office and no staff in Hyderabad. Every project here is delivered remotely from Agartala, from requirements to go-live. Large enterprise programmes with dozens of integrations are beyond what a team our size should promise, and we decline them rather than stretch.
Market rates vary widely with seniority and stack, and we are not the right source for a survey. Meta Mint does not bill hourly: we agree a scope and milestones and quote one price for the project. That makes total cost predictable, which is usually what the hourly question is really trying to establish.
Many local firms do, and for a large programme with on-site requirements a local partner is the sensible choice. Meta Mint builds portals — customer, vendor, dealer or employee — remotely from Agartala for organisations that want a defined scope, role-based access, and integration with the systems they already run. We do not have an office in Hitec City or anywhere else in the city.
Yes. Results can be received from supported analysers directly, avoiding manual entry, and samples are tracked by barcode from collection to report. Where an analyser model is not yet supported, the interface is scoped as part of the project before it is promised.
Yes. Stock is held by batch with its expiry date, sales pick the right batch, and near-expiry and expired stock is reported so it can be returned or written off in time. Purchase entries capture batch and expiry at receipt, so the record is right from the start.
On Indian-region cloud infrastructure, with encrypted connections and storage, role-based access and audit trails. Backups are automatic. If your organisation requires its own servers, we can deploy there instead.
