The zone where the buyer usually has technical people of their own. We are evaluated on the build, not the brochure.
South India is the one zone where we are routinely assessed by somebody who can read the answer. Enquiries here tend to arrive from organisations with an in-house technical person, and the questions are about architecture, API surface, database design, deployment and what happens at the integration boundary — not about how many clients we have. That suits us, because those are the questions our work stands up to best.
Healthcare is the strongest fit. The large hospital groups and diagnostic chains across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka run laboratory and clinical operations at a scale that exposes weak software quickly, and our laboratory system was built against exactly that kind of pressure — analyser interfaces, sample traceability, accreditation workflows and multi-branch reporting that has to reconcile.
It also means the honest answer more often. A South India buyer comparing us against an established local vendor with a hundred engineers is making a fair comparison, and sometimes the local vendor is the right call. Where we win here, it is usually on a specific capability — the lab system, the transport system, a custom build nobody has packaged — rather than on being the broadest option.

Yes, and we prefer it. We will walk your people through the data model, the deployment topology, the API surface and the integration points, and answer questions in writing where that is more useful. A buyer who has actually looked under the bonnet is a better client afterwards, because the expectations are set against what the software is rather than what a proposal said.
Yes. The products expose REST APIs for the records you would expect to exchange, and where a required integration does not exist we scope and build it as part of the project. What we will not do is claim an integration is a configuration switch when it is a fortnight of work — if it is a fortnight, the proposal says a fortnight.
