Yes, from our head office in Agartala. Most of a project is delivered over scheduled remote sessions, and the team travels for go-live and for anything that needs hands on the hardware. We do not have an office in North Lakhimpur and do not claim one.
As a fixed price against a written scope — the pages or modules, the features, content responsibilities and support terms — agreed before work starts. The price follows the scope rather than the city, and the domain, hosting and code are yours at the end.
It depends on the scope, so the schedule is set in the proposal alongside the price, as milestones you can check progress against. By phone, WhatsApp and remote desktop from Agartala during Indian business hours, with planned visits when hardware or training needs someone on site. Updates and backups are handled remotely.
Websites and mobile apps, custom software, digital marketing and SEO, and cloud hosting, plus ready-made products: hospital, laboratory and pharmacy software, Quick Sale ERP for billing and accounts, and transport management. The Assam page shows what is used most often in this part of the country.
