The Northeast is where Meta Mint is registered, staffed and built, and it is the one region where our people get on a road or a plane as a matter of course. Implementation, staff training and hardware commissioning happen at your premises. Everything the company knows about building software that survives an outage, a four-hour drive or a district hospital with no IT staff, it learned here.
That is also why these eight states are the only ones with a page each. There is something specific to say about every one of them — what the terrain does to a deployment schedule, which language the counter staff are comfortable in, whether the nearest airport is three hours away — and saying it is only possible because we have been there.
It is worth being clear about what this does not mean. Meta Mint has one office, in Agartala. There is no branch in Guwahati, Shillong or Imphal, and the state pages below say so where it matters. What the region gets that the rest of the country does not is travel: a visit is a journey we plan for, not a flight we decline.

Sikkim in detailBecause there is something true and specific to say about each of these eight states, and we have been to them. A page for Manipur can talk about what the system does when the connection has been down since morning; a page for Sikkim can talk about batch traceability for the pharmaceutical units around Rangpo. We could generate thirty-six pages of that quality for the whole country, but we would have to invent most of it, so we have not.
It shaped what we build rather than limiting it. Offline-first operation, low-bandwidth synchronisation and train-the-trainer handover exist in the product because the region demanded them. Those turn out to be useful in a lot of places that are not the Northeast — any multi-branch business with a weak link at one site benefits from the same engineering.
