Singtam is in Sikkim, one of the eight Northeast states Meta Mint serves from its head office in Agartala. Projects for organisations in Singtam run remote-first — requirements, configuration, data migration and training over scheduled sessions — with planned on-site visits for go-live and for anything that needs someone in the room. There is no Meta Mint office in Singtam.
This page is a short summary. The Sikkim page explains in detail how a project runs in this part of the country — the industries we build for, how delivery and support work, and the questions clients there ask — and all of it applies to Singtam.
Yes, from our head office in Agartala. Most of a project is delivered over scheduled remote sessions, and the team travels for go-live and for anything that needs hands on the hardware. We do not have an office in Singtam and do not claim one.
As a fixed price against a written scope — the pages or modules, the features, content responsibilities and support terms — agreed before work starts. The price follows the scope rather than the city, and the domain, hosting and code are yours at the end.
It depends on the scope, so the schedule is set in the proposal alongside the price, as milestones you can check progress against. A website is usually the shortest kind of project and custom software the longest; ready-made products such as billing or hospital software sit in between, because they are configured rather than built.
By phone, WhatsApp and remote desktop from Agartala during Indian business hours, with planned visits when hardware or training needs someone on site. Updates and backups are handled remotely.
Websites and mobile apps, custom software, digital marketing and SEO, and cloud hosting, plus ready-made products: hospital, laboratory and pharmacy software, Quick Sale ERP for billing and accounts, and transport management. The Sikkim page shows what is used most often in this part of the country.
