The country's most crowded market for web and digital work, and the one where our MSME pricing does the most work.
North India is where a business has the most agencies to choose from and the least clarity about what separates them. Delhi NCR alone carries more web and software vendors than the entire Northeast, at every price point from a student with a template to a firm that will not answer a brief under a certain value. The businesses that end up talking to us are usually the ones in between: real companies, turned away as too small by one end of that market and burned by the other.
Meta Mint was set up to serve MSMEs and startups, and that positioning is sharper here than anywhere else in the country. We are not the cheapest option in Delhi and we do not try to be — what we offer instead is a fixed scope, a named person who stays on the project, and software you own outright rather than rent. For a distributor in Ludhiana or a coaching institute in Jaipur, that combination is genuinely hard to buy locally at our price.
The work itself skews toward the public-facing end: websites that have to rank, mobile apps, and the SEO and AI-search visibility that decides whether either gets found. Hindi-language content and multilingual interfaces come up far more often here than anywhere else we work, and tourism businesses across Rajasthan, Himachal and Uttarakhand bring a seasonality problem we do not see at home.

Price and attention, mostly. Our costs are lower than an NCR agency's and we pass that on, so a budget that buys a template and a junior in Gurugram buys a built-to-brief system from us. The second reason is that a small client here is a small client; with us the same developer is on your project from the brief to the handover. If what you need is somebody who can be in your office on Thursday, hire locally — we will say so.
Yes. Multilingual interfaces are a normal requirement for us rather than an add-on, because our home market is already bilingual. Hindi content, Hindi-language admin screens and a language switcher that does not break the layout are all standard work. Translation itself we either take from you or quote for separately — we do not machine-translate your copy and call it localisation.
