Freight corridors, ports and multi-branch retail — the zone our logistics and ERP products were built for.
West India is the zone where our products map most directly onto what businesses actually do. The freight corridors running out of Mumbai and the Gujarat ports, the multi-branch retail chains across Pune and Ahmedabad, the SME manufacturing clusters in Surat and Rajkot — these are the exact operational problems Transport Track and Quick Sale ERP were written to solve, and they arrive here at a scale we do not see at home.
Logistics is the clearest case. An operator running trucks between a Gujarat port and an inland warehouse has the same problem as one running between Agartala and Guwahati — trip costing, driver advances, fuel, consignment tracking, and the gap between what left the godown and what was signed for. The difference is the number of vehicles and the number of parties in the chain, which is a configuration and reporting question rather than a different product.
The other pattern here is scale of a kind we have to be honest about. Some West India enquiries are for systems larger than anything we have built — a national distributor with hundreds of locations, or an integration across several existing enterprise platforms. We would rather tell you at the proposal stage that a project is beyond our size than discover it together at month four, and we have done exactly that before.

Comfortably into the low hundreds of vehicles with multi-party consignments, cross-state trips and branch-level reporting. Beyond that — a national fleet in the thousands, or a network that has to integrate live with several third-party platforms at once — you are past what we have built and proven, and we will say so rather than take the work on optimism.
Yes, at both ends. Very large enterprise programmes are outside what a team of our size should be promising, and we decline those. At the other end, a one-page brochure site is usually better and cheaper from a freelancer than from us. What we are built for is the range in between: a real system, a defined scope, and an owner who wants the same people on it from start to finish.
