The largest state in the region and the most dispersed. Remote-first delivery and train-the-trainer, by necessity.
Arunachal Pradesh is larger than the other seven Northeastern states and its facilities are further apart than anywhere else we work. Tawang and Namsai are at opposite ends of a state where the journey between district headquarters is measured in days. Any delivery model that depends on a consultant being able to drop in fails here on the first week of the project.
So we invert it. Configuration, data preparation and the bulk of training happen remotely and are finished before anyone travels; the on-site visit is for commissioning, hands-on practice and handover, not for discovery. And training is always train-the-trainer — two of your own people are taken through the system properly so the facility can induct new staff without waiting for us.
Bandwidth is the other design constraint. Screens are built to work at low bandwidth, synchronisation is incremental rather than wholesale, and updates are pushed in small packages. A district hospital should not need a good connection to run; it should only need one occasionally.

Most of it can, and some clients choose that. Configuration, data migration, training and go-live support can all be delivered remotely. We recommend at least one on-site visit for commissioning and hands-on practice, because that is where the problems nobody thought to mention tend to surface — but it is a recommendation, not a requirement, and it is priced separately so you can decide.
For day-to-day use at a single facility, very little — the working data is local and only changes synchronise. A basic broadband or mobile data connection is enough for reconciliation, updates and remote support. The heaviest requirement is the initial installation and data load, which we schedule for a window when the connection is at its best.
