Two centres of gravity: Dimapur for goods and distribution, Kohima for administration and healthcare.
Nagaland splits neatly in two for our purposes. Dimapur is where goods enter the state and where the distributors, freight operators and larger retail businesses are. Kohima is the administrative and healthcare centre. The two buy very different software from us, and a proposal that treats the state as one market usually misses whichever half it was not written for.
On the Dimapur side the work is freight, stock and margin: consignment tracking, multi-warehouse inventory, route and trip costing, and the reconciliation between what left the godown and what was actually delivered and paid for. The state's supply chain runs through a small number of hands, and the businesses in it feel every gap in their own records.
On the Kohima side it is clinical and administrative: hospital registration and billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and reporting into state health requirements. The mission and private hospitals that carry much of the state's care are long-established institutions with decades of paper behind them, which makes the migration stage the one to plan around.
Towns and district centres we deliver and support software in, remotely and on scheduled visits.

Yes — cross-state trips are the normal case for a Dimapur operator, not an exception. Trip costing covers fuel, driver advances, tolls and permits across the route, and consignment tracking follows the load rather than the vehicle, so a load that changes vehicles at a transhipment point stays on one record.
Usually the master data and the recent transactional history, not everything. We migrate patients, customers, items, suppliers and balances in full, and then agree a cut-off for transactional history — commonly the current and previous financial year. Older records stay as they are, and we would rather say that at the proposal stage than discover it at go-live.
