Yes. Implementation, staff training and hardware commissioning are done at your premises wherever you are in Tripura. Visits outside the capital are scheduled in advance because of the travel involved — a North Tripura or Dhalai trip is a full day each way — and the implementation plan is built around that rather than around an assumption of same-day attendance.
Registration, billing, prescription and pharmacy dispensing continue against the local server and queue their changes. When the link returns the queue reconciles with the cloud copy automatically. This is a deliberate design choice for the sub-divisional towns, where an outage of several hours is ordinary rather than exceptional.
