In Manipur the deciding question about a software system is not what it can do on a good day. The valley and the hill districts also need different things. Imphal's hospitals, pharmacy chains and diagnostic centres want depth — modules, integrations, reporting. A district facility in Churachandpur or Ukhrul wants a system a small team can run without a resident IT person, which is a training and simplicity problem more than a software one.

Indefinitely, for the functions that matter. The local instance is a full working copy, not a cache with a short expiry, so a facility can operate for days and reconcile afterwards. The practical limit is disk on the local server, not a timer. What you lose in the meantime is cross-site reporting and anything that depends on an external service.

Installation and updates are handled remotely by us, backups are automatic, and day-to-day administration is limited to adding users and opening or closing a counter. Training is delivered train-the-trainer so two of your own people can induct everyone else without us being present.
